When requesting support:
Please provide your customer number and the nature of your request.
At Zoobler we strive to offer a level of customer service second to none. We will always be glad to offer customer/technical assistance to you, should the need arise. Simply e-mail us and a customer service / technician will be glad to answer any of your questions. Our customer service department are on staff Mon-Fri , 8am-5pm Pacific time. If your request happens after these hours, your request will be logged in as of the time your E-mail is received by our server. And will be handled as quickly as possible.
If you have any difficulty with your purchase or delivery, please provide the following information to our customer service / technical department when applicable:
1. Customer number, name & contact phone number
2. Serial number and date purchased
3. Make and model
4. Type of fuel
5. Problematic condition and who diagnosed such condition
6. Was unit professionally installed?
We will try to help you correct your problem to the best of our ability and as quickly as possible, but we can only make decisions and or recommendations based upon the information you provide. So please be as concise and accurate as possible. If you have purchased our extended warrantee service package you can call the national 1-800 number direct and they will assist you on obtaining a service repair agent in your area.
We appreciate your business, and will make every attempt to get you serviced in a timely fashion, should the unexpected need arise. But please bear in mind that we are not logistically located in your town. And while we will make every attempt to get you serviced, due to logistics, geography, seasonality, or availability of parts... this may not happen "immediately". We hope that you being an internet shopper, allows you to realize this and understand that by operating our business from one location and "contracting" repair work is one of the reasons allowing us to cut overhead thus being able to discount our product to you, so steeply.
